  1. Accept Deposits
  2. Cash Checks
  3. Process night deposits
  4. Balance cash
  5. Responsible for teller procedures
  6. Miscellaneous operations work
  7. Balance ATM

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION FUNCTION:

  1. Greet lobby/branch customers and direct as necessary.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries concerning bank products and services.
  3. Establish new customer relationships by processing new account applications for Deposit, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, and Debit Card accounts.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries concerning account transactions such as issuing Stop Payments, Closing Deposit Accounts, Transaction Disputes, Research requests, and General Account Inquiries.
  5. Proactively pursue business development opportunities.
  6. Contribute to the development of cross-selling opportunities and incentive plans within existing customer base.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  1. Proven excellence in both written and oral communication.
  2. Proven ability to interact with customers and support staff to achieve superior service quality.
  3. Demonstrated ability to function with limited supervision.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

  1. A four year degree with emphasis in business, marketing, or related field, or combination of previous experience in banking and/or sales.
  2. Previous experience in platform banking applications.
  3. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably at a supervisory position.
  4. PC experience including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Credit Analyst - Austin (Lakeway)

Credit Analyst - Austin (Lakeway)

HOURS
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include, but not limited to:

  1. Prepare financial spreadsheets with web based software and/or MS Excel.
  2. Calculate financial ratios to evaluate customers' financial status.
  3. Analyze credit data and financial statements, both business and personal to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
  4. Analyze financial data such as income growth, quality of management, and market share to determine expected profitability of loans.
  5. Preparation of loan approval packages to be presented to appropriate loan committees for approval.
  6. Prepare reports that assess the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
  7. Pull and assess personal credit reports.
  8. Pull and assess Dun & Bradstreet reports.
  9. Assess certain industry data in determining specific credit risks associated with lending to businesses within that industry.
  10. Financial statement monitoring.
  11. Loan covenant and borrowing base monitoring.
  12. Overtime may be required.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  1. College degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred. College degree with other emphasis may be considered if applicant has some finance or accounting background.
  2. Banking experience required unless applicant has college degree in preferred field.
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
